Are the inflatable units safe?
we complete the annual safety training course "sioto" in addition to state safety requirements. Inflatables ARE CLASSIFIED under THE SAME LAWs as amusement rides in the state of Washington. Therefore, they REQUIRE the same inspection, permitting AND INSURANCE guidelines. it is required that the inflatables are inspected annually by an AMUSEMENT RIDE INSPECTOR. APPROVED INSPECTORS are CERTIFIED BY L&I. tHE INSPECTION MAY ONLY TAKE PLACE after A certificate of insurance IS PROVIDED. Once the units pass inspection an operating permit may be Issued by the Dept. of L&I. This permit is made visible on all units, VALID FOR 1 YEAR.
Each unit is inspected before and after each rental TO ASSESS for ANY damage/wear. Ultimately there are always risks involved with any sort of physical activity. we urge you to exercise extreme caution when participating in activities in the inflatable units. Direct supervision from an adult over 18 years of age is REQUIRED the entire time the inflatable unit is occupied by any participants. No flipping, kicking, pushing, hitting is allowed. only Children of the same size and age should be in the unit together to decrease chance of injury. Height, weight and number of participants is clearly listed at the entrance to the unit. A complete list of rules, risks and helpful operating tips will be provided in your rental agreement/liability waiver on the day of your event. bASIC GUIDELINES ARE ALSO LISTED AT THE ENTRANCE OF EACH UNIT.

How big are the bounce houses?
OUR BOUNCE HOUSES ARE COMMERCIAL QUALITY. the measurements of each unit are listed on the RESERVATION PAGE. Please allow a minimum of an additional 5 feet of space around the unit. this allows enough space for participants to enter/exit and play AND FOR SAFE SET UP. The UNITS ARE approximately 15 ft TALL. please ensure that there is adequate height clearance at your set up location. if upon arrival there is not an adequate space you will be held responsible for the invoice total.

Yes, we are required by Washington Department of Revenue to collect sales tax. when your reservation is confirmed you will be provided an invoice that includes sales tax. sALES TAX IS CALCULATED BASED ON THE EVENT ADDRESS.
Where can the bounce house be set up?
We are able to SET UP indoors OR OUTDOORS as long as the SPACE/height is adequate. Please indicate on the reservation if you are planning to SET UP indoors. Set up equipment depends on the location. For outdoor locations we are able to set up on GRASS or CEMENT. Grass is preferred FOR THE safety of the participants. Again, if set up will be on cement please indicate THIS on your reservation, AS THE DEFAULT OPTION provided WOULD BE GRASS. We are unable to set up on: wood chips, gravel or sand. These surfaces cause wear and damage to the unit. The set up area must be FLAT, free of sharp objects, debris and/or pet waste/GARBAGE. the area must be easily accessible from the PARKING AREA- as the units weigh several hundred pounds and ARE brought to the location via hand dolly. If upon delivery we are unable to safely reach a set up location you will be held responsible for the invoice balance REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO USE THE UNIT.
What if it rains?
We ask that you watch the weather prior to your event and notify us IF you become concerned. We also watch the weather AS EVENTS ARE APPROACHING. Most inflatables have a "sun Shade"- This does not keep the inflatable dry. The weight of the rain will cause collapse of the roof and spill water into the unit. using the units in the event of extreme weather is not warranted. In the event of rain we ask that you detatch the blower from the power supply for safety. In the event of thunder and/OR lightening we ask that participants immediately exit the unit. the power supply must be disconnected FROM THE OUTLET for safety reasons. If you need to cancel your reservation due to extreme weather we ask that you do so as soon as possible (preferably at least 72 hours in advance). once the unit has left for delivery you will be responsible foR THE INVOICE TOTAL.

The water units require a hose with running water. the flow of the water may be adjusted down at times. The water level in the pool must remain at the MARKED level IN THE POOL for safe use. The water in the pool allows participants to safely land at the end of the slide. THIS CAN BE A CONCERN FOR CLIENTS USING a WELL.
